Our approach

Nothing except strictly necessary cookies is set before you make a choice. Analytics and marketing scripts are not loaded at all until you allow that category — the banner blocks them, it does not merely record a preference.

Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting: both are one click in the same banner.

Necessary

Required for the service to function. Cannot be switched off.

• livesub_refresh — keeps you signed in. httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict. Expires after 30 days.
• livesub_consent — remembers your cookie choices so we do not ask again. 12 months.

Analytics (optional)

Aggregated product analytics: which features are used, where people get stuck. Loaded only after you allow this category.

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. The script is not loaded until you allow this category, and Google's advertising features stay switched off even then. Google receives the pages you open, device and browser details, your IP address (used for approximate location and not stored by Google Analytics 4) and a few events: sign-up, a click on "Add to Chrome", the start of a checkout and a completed purchase, which our server reports after Paddle confirms the payment. It never receives audio, transcripts or the content of your conversations.

Marketing (optional)

Measures whether our advertising works. Loaded only after you allow this category.

Changing your mind

Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future loading of those scripts.
