Your product names, translated the way your team actually says them

A generic translation model guesses at names it has never seen — your product, a client's name, an internal term — and guesses wrong often enough to matter. A glossary tells it the answer instead of leaving it to chance.

Why it matters

Set once, used in every session

A company administrator adds a term, and every member’s next session uses it, in every language they translate to.

One list for the whole team

A company account keeps shared glossaries that apply to every session of every member, without anyone choosing them.

No retraining, no waiting

A glossary is a list, not a model. Changes apply from the next session, not the next release.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create a glossary

In the company admin panel, an administrator opens Glossaries and names the list.

  2. 2

    Add terms

Each entry is a term as it is said in the source language and the way it should come out in translation. A glossary holds up to 500 terms.

  3. 3

    Nothing to switch on

A company glossary applies to every session of every member automatically. It is read when a session starts, so a term you add is used from the next session.

The same sentence, with and without a glossary

A translation model that has never seen your product name guesses, and the guess can change from one sentence to the next. A glossary entry settles it. The terms also go to speech recognition as hints, so the name is more likely to be heard correctly in the first place.

Without a glossary

After the northern light release, the acceptance happens in the customer portal.

With a glossary

After the Nordlicht release, sign-off happens in the customer portal.

An example

A sales team sells a product called Brightwave. A model that has never seen the name may hear “bright wave” and translate it as two ordinary words, and the guess can change from one sentence to the next. One entry, Brightwave to Brightwave, fixes recognition and translation for every call after that.

Terms from your own tools

An AI agent connected through MCP can append terms to a company glossary. It can only add, never replace, and an administrator can edit the list afterwards.

What it will not do

  • A glossary is a list, not a model. It fixes names and terms, not grammar or style.
  • Terms are read when a session starts. Change the list, then start a new session.
  • A glossary holds at most 500 terms, and up to 100 terms per session reach speech recognition as hints.
  • How many company glossaries a company can keep depends on its plan.

Questions people ask

Do glossary terms change speech recognition or only the translation?
Both. Terms are sent to speech recognition as hints and to translation as instructions.
Who manages the company glossaries?
Company administrators, in the company admin panel. An AI agent connected through MCP can add terms, never replace them.
When does a new term start working?
From the next session. A glossary is read when a session starts.
How many terms can a glossary hold?
Up to 500. Up to 100 terms per session go to speech recognition as hints; the translation can use all of them.
